Ordering Information
For your convenience, you can order three ways:
1. Order Using Our Shopping Cart System
The easiest, most convenient way to order is using our state-of-the-art
shopping cart system. When you see something you want, all
you have to do is enter a quantity and press the "Add" button,
and the item is added to your shopping cart. When you press the "Add" button,
only the current item is processed. Only item You will then see a
listing of what is currently in your shopping cart, and have options
to continue shopping, check out, delete selected items or empty the
cart (clear all items). On each page, you'll see a button that says "View
Shopping Cart/Checkout," which you can use to review your
selections at any time.
When you check out, you will be taken
to a page where you will enter information about shipping and payment.
After you press the button
labeled "Proceed with Order," you will see your order displayed
with all of your choices, and the total cost of your order. If everything
is correct, simply press "Confirm Order." If you
need to go back to the previous page to change some information,
you can use the back button on your browser.
After you submit your order, you will see a confirmation that it
was placed successfully. You will also get an email confirmation
within minutes, which will contain your order information. (Note:
We do not include credit card numbers in the email.) Congratulations!
You have just successfully placed your order!
Remember: 1) Any
time you see something you want, just enter a quantity and press "Add," and the
item is added to your order. 2) At any time, you can review your
order by pressing the button labled "View Shopping Cart/Checkout." 3)
During the ordering process, you can always go back to the previous
page by using the "Back" button on your browser, or by
clicking on "Back to Previous Page."
Shopping Cart Payment Options:
With our shopping cart system, you can pay one of two ways:
1. Use your credit card - We accept Visa, Mastercard and
Discover Card, and American Express. All orders or processed on
a Secure Server, to protect your credit card information. If you
have security concerns, click here for
more information about handling transactions on a secure server.
2. Call us with your credit card information - Submit
your order using our shopping cart system, and select "Call with
Credit Card Number" as your payment option. Then, after
your order is submitted, give us a call and we will take your
credit
card information over the phone.
2. Order Via Fax or Mail Using our Off-Line Order
Form
If you prefer, you can print out our Off-Line
Order Form and fax or mail your order to us. Our fax
number is (630) 416-2211. Please print legibly when you fill
out the order form, so we can fulfill your order promptly and
correctly.
3. Order Via Telephone Using our Toll-Free 888 Number
You are always welcome to use our toll-free number (888/327-4225
ext. 99) for ordering. If you do, you might want to print out the Off-Line
Order Form to keep track of your order, and to make sure
you have all the information ready when you call. You can still
use our Shopping Cart system, if you're concerned about using
your credit
card on the Internet. Just select "Pay with Credit Card Number" as
your payment method. Then, after you submit your order, just
call us and give us your credit card information over the phone!
Shipping Information
Shipping is calculated automatically
for you, by our Shopping Cart System. If you live
in Illinois, it will also calculate state sales
tax (at 6.75%). If you want to calculate the total cost for one
or more items, add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart.
Each time you
add an item, you are taken to the Shopping Cart review page.
From the Shopping Cart review page, select "Checkout/Order Items".
(This does not mean you are committing to buying these items.
You will have the option to return to the Shopping
Cart page and modify
or delete your order.) By indicating your shipping preferences,
you can calculate shipping and state sales tax (IL
residents only). Don't
worry! There are instructions on each page, including how to
go back and change or delete the items in your Shopping
Cart. All you need
to remember is to add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart and begin
the Checkout process. The Shopping Cart program will walk you
through each step. Your order is not submitted until
you give your final
approval and you choose to complete it.
