Our Price Guarantee
We will match a lower price, should
you find one in a competitor's catalog, or on their website.
If you find the same item advertised at a lower price within
15 days of your purchase, we will issue you a credit toward
your next purchase to make up the difference. In either case,
just let us know via
email, or call us toll-free at (888) 327-4225.
Our Return Policy
Any product may be returned or exchanged
within 21 days of delivery, as long as it has not been used,
is in new condition and is in the original packaging. For Christmas
gifts, you have until January 21st. We will give you a full
refund or credit (your choice), minus any shipping charges.
If you're not sure about skates or shoes, you should try them
out on some carpet before going outdoors. Sorry, but we cannot
