Q: Do you accept trade-ins, or sell stuff on consignment?

A: No. We tried accepting trade-ins for a while, but it didn't work out.

Q: What do I do if I order something, and I don't like it, or it's the wrong size?

A: You can return it, as long as it's in new condition. For more specific information, go to our Returns Policy.

Q: What if I buy something, and a week later I find it somewhere else for less?

A: We stand by our pricing, and we will match any competitor's price on the same merchandise. If you've already purchased it, we'll give you a credit towards your next purchase to make up the difference. For more information, go to our Price Guarantee.

Q: Why don't you have all of your stuff available on the web site?

A: Ultimately, we want to. But it takes money to do this stuff, and we're trying to keep our costs down, to give you the best deals we can. Over time, we will add more products to the web site, as the business grows. So, the best thing you can do now is order something, and help us grow!

Q: Do you guys have a catalog you can send me?

A: No. Instead of doing a catalog, we decided to focus our efforts on the web site. As the Internet business grows, we will put more items online, which will eliminate the need for a catalog. As quickly as products change, the catalog would be outdated as soon as it was printed. With the web site, we can update quickly, and keep up with new items.

Q: How much does it cost to ship outside the U.S.?

Q: Are prices different for international customers?

A: No. The only thing that is different for international customers is the shipping. (See the question above.)

Q: Do you have a special price for "completes? (Deck, wheels, trucks, etc.)

A: Our prices are already discounted on everything, so we don't offer an additional discount for "completes." However, if you find better prices elsewhere, check out our Price Guarantee.
